Náplň práce

We are looking for a motivated and friendly person to join our remote team in the role of Customer support & onboarding specialist. Your primary responsibilities will be to work hand in hand with our clients resolving challenges and ensure happy client relationships. Excellent problem-solving, English communication skills and ability to work remotely are a must.

In this role, you will:

  • communicate with our customers
  • provide support to our customers via online chat, phone calls and email
  • troubleshoot software issues and collaborate with our product team and engineers to understand, prioritise and implement customer feedback
  • act as a Datamolino product expert, communicate the value of Datamolino to customers and business prospects
  • lead the product trainings and webinars for existing customers and prospects.
  • participate in the improvement of our helpdesk articles and internal documentation
  • participate in onboarding of our clients to ensure their positive experience
