Náplň práce

Our Tax department is looking for a new assistant - a flexible and reliable personality, who will provide support for all other colleagues in the department.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Electronic communication and documentation in Slovak and English language
  • Organization of events for department
  • Updating of databases
  • Contributing to effective communication within the department
  • Administrative work
  • Cooperation with other secretaries

Požiadavky

  • Secondary school education
  • Fluent English is a MUST
  • At least 1 year of secretary experience, ideally in big company
  • Communication and organization skills
  • Good time-management
  • PC user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of administrative standards
  • Ability to work independently on the tasks
