Plat: 1 341 EUR/month *By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Náplň práce

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Operations Specialist who will join our Global Alert Handling team.

Tasks and responsibilities of an Associate Operations Specialist:

  • Screening of international payments of ING Group within internal bank systems
  • Customer screening
  • Investigation and verification of generated alerts against sanction lists
  • Analysis of suspicious transactions
  • Advising and proactively following-up possible risks
  • Communication with ING Bank branches worldwide
  • Analysing and communicating feedbacks to junior colleagues
  • Regularly identifying areas for improvement
  • Other tasks and administrative support on a day-to-day basis

Požiadavky

Requirements for the employee

  • Candidates with education suit the position
  • Secondary with school-leaving examination
  • University education (Bachelor's degree)
  • University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

  • English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • You have 2+ years of work experiences in banking or in shared services or 1 year with AML/KYC
  • Your English is at the upper-intermediate or a higher level
  • You have strong analytical skills and positive attitude towards problem solving
  • You’re able to prioritize and take ownership
  • You can think & act independently but also are a good team player
  • You’re not afraid to speak-up
